In the second weekend of our life in Burlington, Karen, Betsy and Ted took us to the Shelburne museum. On our way there, we stopped to admire beautiful mountain scenery.
We got free tickets in from Betsy’s mother who volunteers at the museum. Somehow I have the impression that pensioners are more active here in participating in the society than where I come from, but of course I don’t have the statistics :). The tickets were actually a two-day pass. It wasn’t possible for us to come again on the next day, but there certainly would be enough to see for two days. The place is also great for picnics.
Here are some pictures Anni, the photographer took, while we were there. Ted the ones where Anni appears.
